Please highlight your comments/changes or use the comment/changes tracking feature in MS Word, and email documents along with your input to me at achakine@ccthita.org. I will forward all info to the smaller group that will be working on a policy draft to be presented at the next teleconference. We have not set the date for the teleconference with the larger group yet. A smaller working group will be teleconferencing on March 3rd to review and incorporate everybody’s input.

Also, for your review is enclosed the AVCP Calista Policy submitted by Bob Charles.
